ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of social Entrepreneurship Orientation and transformational leadership on financial performance in BUMDes with social performance as a mediator. This research was conducted at Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) located in Kampar Regency, which has a total of 242 BUMDes in various sub-districts. The number of samples used in this study were 70 BUMDes. Data collection was carried out in this study by using a questionnaire. Testing the research hypothesis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, using the WarpPLS 7.0 application. The research results show; social entrepreneurship orientation has no effect on the financial performance of BUMDes, transformational leadership has an effect on the financial performance of BUMDes; social entrepreneurship orientation has a significant effect on social performance; transformational leadership has a significant effect on social performance; social performance has a significant effect on financial performance; social performance mediates the relationship between social entrepreneurship orientation and BUMDes financial performance; social performance mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and BUMDes financial performance.
