Pengaruh Pengawasan Keuangan, Sistem Pengendalian Intern, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Dan Transparansi Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah (Studi Pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Pekanbaru)

ABSTRACT
This research aims to the effect of financial control, government internal control system, leader control style, and transparency on local government performance (OPD). The population in this research is Regional Organization (OPD) in government Pekanbaru City which includes office, agency, Inspektorat, and sekretariat of DPRD, and districts. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires which is given to 129 respondents, but only 102 (79,06%) respondents who fill out the questionnaires completely and can be processed. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS program version 25.
The results of this research show that financial control, leadership style, transparency have a significant effect on local government performance. But, the result of the internal control system research show that there is no significant effect on the performance of local governments.
