Biosintesis Nanopartikel Perak Menggunakan Ekstrak Daun Karet Hevea Brasiliensis) Sebagai Reduktor Dan Karakterisasinya
SUMMARY
Nanoparticles are particles that measure between 1-100 nanometers. In nanotechnology, a particle is defined as a small object that behaves as a unit towards its properties and transport. Synthesis of silver nanoparticles can be done by biosynthesis method using plants known as reductant, one of the plants that can be used is rubber leaf (Hevea brasiliensis). Biosynthesis has been adopted for the synthesis of various metal nanoparticles in response to the growing need for environmental friendly nanoparticles and simple synthesis process. This study aims to optimize the synthesis parameters and characterize it. Based on this research , the optimazion of synthesis parameter were evaluated based on four parameters, such as concentration of AgNO3, AgNO3 volume, pH and contact time. Optimization occurred at 0.001 M of silver nitrate AgNO3 solution, 12 mL of silver nitrate AgNO3 solution, at pH 11 and 70 minutes of incubation time. The result of characterization used by UV-Vis were obtained at λmax 431 nm with an absorbance value of 2.181. The results of measurements used by FTIR obtained functional groups -OH; C = C Aromatic; C-H Alkane; C-N Amine and C-O Alcohol, with SEM obtained the average particle size distribution of 37.8486 nm and measurement used by XRD obtained the average size of crystallinity of silver nanoparticles particles is 12.5382 nm. Therefore, nanoparticles synthesized using rubber leaves (Hevea brasiliensis) could be a reducing and stabilizing agent in silver nanoparticles synthesis
