Pengaruh Pengalaman, Pengetahuan, Prestasi Kerja, Dan Tanggung Jawab Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Regional Xii Bkn Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
Job rotation is a process of transfer that is carried out periodically in connection with the transfer of responsibilities, functions, employment status, and tasks to be borne by the employee. Job rotation has four indicators, namely experience, knowledge, work performance, and responsibilities, aimed at enhancing the knowledge and expertise of employees that will affect the quality of Staff Performance. The aim of this study is to know the Rotation of Work at the Kantor Regional XII BKN Pekanbaru, know the Performance of Kantor Regional XII BKN Pekanbaru, and see the effect of the Job Rotation on the performance of Officers in the Kantor Regional XII BKN Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is the Quantitative Method with a Quantified Descriptive Approach. The analytical techniques used are Validity Test Analysis, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption, Simple Linear Regression, Double Linear regression, T Test, F Test, and Determination Coefficient. The study used 18 populations with samples of 18 using total sampling techniques. As for the results of the study, (1) Partially, indicators of experience, knowledge and work performance have no significant impact on Performance, responsibility has a significant effect on Performance (2) Simultaneously, all indicators from Job Rotation have a significant influence on Performance.
