ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product variety on purchasing decisions for IndiHome services at PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Riau Mainland in Pekanbaru. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were determined using accidental sampling and using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and the feasibility of the research instrument has been ascertained through validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The results show that service quality (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y), product variety (X2) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y), and service quality (X1) and product variety (X2) simultaneously have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y).
