Abstract
In an effort to realize excellent and quality health services, especially in inpatient services, there needs to be synergy between interested parties in inpatient services in a hospital. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Synergy of Inpatient Services at RSUD Type D Perawang Siak Regency. The theory used is the theory of Najiyati and Rahmat in Sani (2019) with indicators that synergize, namely Communication and Coordination. This research is descriptive qualitative and uses phenomenological methods, then interviews, observations, and documentation are used as data collection methods. Data analysis technique using triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the synergy between the actors of concern, namely the Head of the Medical & Nursing Service Section, the Head of the Medical & Non-Medical Support Section, the Head of the Nutrition Installation, Doctors and Nurses, has taken place, but has not been maximized in terms of the communication and coordination that has been going on but has not been maximized because there is no specific and routine schedule from the Head of the Medical & Nursing Services Section in implementing this communication and coordination, so that existing deficiencies cannot be resolved properly, by communicating and coordinating existing deficiencies can be resolved because actors can provide each other suggestions, information, and input from one another to build even better services. Synergy in inpatient services should be between actors more frequently and routinely carry out communication and coordination so that they are able to carry out and cooperate in providing the best service.
