Luberti Jaya BUMDes Governance in an Effort to Increase Village Income in Lubuk Bendahara Timur Village, Rokan IV Koto District

ABSTRACT
BUMDes Luberti Jaya became the healthiest BUMDes in Rokan IV Koto Sub-district, In the governance process, it can be seen that the development of the BUMDes program is quite slow, resulting in a small PADes for the village. The purpose of the research is to see the governance of BUMDes Luberti Jaya and the obstacles that cause obstacles in its development. Theory of Mardiasmo (2018), namely good governance with four indicators: transparency, accountability, responsiveness and equality. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study found the governance carried out by BUMDesa Luberti Jaya in East Lubuk Bendahara Village in an effort to increase village income has not gone well enough. The suggestions given are to improve the quality of human resources, especially for leadership to be firmer and stronger, need to make SOP.
