ABSTRACK
This study aims to analyze information technology, human resource competence, organizational commitment and communication on the implementation of Local Government Information Systems (SIPD). The objects of this study were 36 OPDs in the City Government of Dumai. This research technique uses a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the linear regression method and the SPSS version 26 program. The variables studied were the implementation of Local Government Information Systems as the dependent variable and information technology, human resource competency, organizational commitment and communication as independent variables. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that information technology, human resource competence, organizational commitment, and communication have an effect on the implementation of the Dumai City Regional Government Information System (SIPD).
