ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of Budget Planning, Budget
Implementation, The Quality of Human Resources, and Procurement
Goods/Services on Regional Goverment Budget Absorption (Study in Riau
Province Regional Apparatus Organization).
The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population
in this study consist of all Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in the
environment of Riau Province. Sample selection in this study was conducted using
the convenience sampling method. The selected sample consists of 28 OPD
chosen based on predefined criteria. Data analysis was performed using multiple
linear regression with SPSS software version 26.
The result of this study indicate that the Budget Planning and Budget
Implementation variable have no effect on Budget Absorption. The Quality of
Human Resources and Procurement Goods/Services variabel have an effect on
Regional Budget Absorption.
