ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Family Environment and Self-Efficacy Against Entrepreneurial Interests in management study program students batch 2020-2022 Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau. The population in this study included all students majoring in Management Class 2020-2022, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau with a sample of 90 people. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1. There is a positive and significant influence between the family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship. 2. There is a positive and significant influence between work self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship.
