Kinerja Pengurus Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas (KB) Di Kota Pekanbaru

The problems in this research are infrastructure that is not evenly distributed in each
KB village, reduced programs every year, low awareness of administrators in
utilizing time, low interest of people of productive age to become administrators in
KB villages, and reduced budget. The aim of this research is to determine the level
of performance of Quality Family (KB) village administrators in Pekanbaru city.
This research is descriptive in nature with a quantitative approach. The sampling
technique used is saturated sampling. Based on the analysis of the results, 4
respondents were obtained with a percentage of 12.5% in the very high category,
then there was 1 respondent with a presentation of 3.1% in the medium category,
and finally for the high category with a presentation of 84% obtained from 27
respondents. With a Mean value of 4.01 and Std. deviation 0.518. Based on the
results, it was concluded that the performance of quality family village (KB)
administrators in the city of Pekanbaru was in the High category. Furthermore, the
mean indicators obtained are as follows, namely: 1) Quality indicators with a mean
value of 4.30 and Std. deviation of 0.355, 2) timeliness indicator with a mean value
of 4.28 and std. Deviation of 0.439, 3) Productivity indicator with a mean value of
4.26 and std. deviation 0.406, 4) resource utilization indicator with a mean of 4.16
and std. deviation of 0.400, 5) cycle time indicator with a mean of 3.85 and std.
deviation 0.639. The indicators used are only capable of 51.98% and the remaining
48.07% is determined by indicators other than the indicators described.
