Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir Dan Pemberian Gaji Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Pada Hotel New Hollywood Pekanbaru
This research aims to determine the influence of career development and salary provision on employee loyalty. Career development and salary provision are independent variables (X1,X2) while employee loyalty is the dependent variable (Y).
The research sample taken was 55 respondents who were all employees of the New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru. The technique used for sampling is census or total sampling. Data obtained from the questionnaire results were then processed and then tested statistically using the SPSS Version 22.0 program. The analysis technique uses the regression equation, coefficient of determination test (R2), and hypothesis testing, namely partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test).
The results of this research show that career development and salary provision have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at the New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru.
