Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Bengkel Hijrah Motor Lubuk Basung
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. Quality of service and price as independent variables (X) while consumer satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics. The population in this study were all consumers of Lubuk Basung Hijrah Motor Workshop. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The source of the data used in this study came from primary data and data which were then tested statistically through the SPSS program. The analytical method used in this study is simple and multiple linear regression, by testing the validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained were that Service Quality (X1) had a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Price (X2) had a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) and Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) had a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at the Lubuk Basung Motor Hijrah Workshop.
