SUMMARY

Company value can be measured using the company's share price using the Tobin'sQ ratio. This ratio is considered to provide the best information to see the value of a company, because Tobin's Q includes all elements of the company's debt and share capital.
According to Bank Indonesia No. 9/7/PBI/2007 the functions of commercial banks include, among others, trust agents, capital agents and development agents. Based on this function, commercial banks must provide good service, provide trust and prosperity to the community by having a clear vision and mission for the development of the country. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of financial performance, debt policy and growth opportunity on the value of banking companies in Indonesia with good corporate governance as a moderating variable.
This research was conducted on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Next, the data analysis technique uses data regression analysis
The results of this research conclude that: (1) Financial performance has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on company value. (2) Debt policy is proven to have a positive and significant effect on company value. (3) Growth opportunity is proven to have a positive and significant effect on company value. (4) Good corporate governance is able to moderate the relationship between financial performance and company value. (5) good corporate governance is able to moderate debt policy on company value. (6) good corporate governance is able to moderate the relationship between growth opportunity and company value.
