Abstract
This is a study of diplomacy in international relationship that is about
Indonesian diplomacy to reach a world trust and other international jurisdiction
organization, in related to politic and economic steadiness of Indonesia. This research
will be more focus on the diplomacy strategy of Indonesian from years to years in
convincing the financial action task force (FA TF) on Money Laundering. The success of
Indonesia out of it blacklist. Like what the expert told, it is not about FATF see Indonesia
is good in law enforcement to this criminality, but more to the cooperation that
Indonesia already done with another country. It is not an easy was, since, it can consider
to power and capability of its country. After that, this research is based on diplomacy
theory, such as a national interest theory. It explains that the country must struggle for
its national interest. To reach and make it secure, that is the way diplomacy is needed. In
this research, 1 found that besides Indonesian has produce good in implemented in law
enforcement, the international relationship needs high diplomacy or high-end lobbying
through send the special envoy to other influences country. The analysis that being used
in this research is the group of its country because united nation cannot do the action by
themselves, but more than in group action. International relationship is the pattern of
interaction that can produce grouping. The research shows the policy effort, strategy
and implementation of Indonesian to convince another country, it gives influences in
FATF in relationship with Indonesia wish to fixed the economic situation in investment.
This research holds by using library research (through books, magazines, bulletin,
journals, newspapers, other documents and another support materials).
