Corporate Social Responsibility dan Competitive Advantage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Green Innovation sebagai Pemoderasi (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017- 2021)
Firm value is very important in measuring company performance, which can affect the perception of potential investors about the company’s success rate, which is often associated with stock prices. Advanced industrial growth is proportional to the increase in pollution produced. Furthermore, every company must have innovasion that are difficult for its competitors to imitate in order to achieve competitive advantage. This research aims to test and analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility on firm value, the effect of competitive advantage on firm value, the effect of green innovation as a moderator of corporate social responsibility on firm value, the effect of green innovation as a moderator of competitive advantage on firm value.
This research was conducted on property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange 2017-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data retrieval techniques using documentation techniques. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used moderated regression analysis.
The results of the research concluded: (1) corporate social responsibility has a effect on firm value; (2) competitive advantage has not a effect on firm value; (3) green innovasion strengthens the effect of corporate social responsibility on firm value; (4) green innovasion strengthens does not the effect of competitive advantage on firm value.
