Pengembangan E-LKM Berbasis Socio Scientific Issues (SSI) untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Sains dan Kesadaran Lingkungan Mahasiswa pada Materi Termodinamika Kimia
This research aims to produce SSI-based E-LKM using the flip builder application to increase students' scientific literacy and environmental awareness in chemical thermodynamics material. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method, with a 4D model. Data collection techniques use interviews, validation sheets, lecturer and student assessment sheets, scientific literacy test questions and environmental awareness questionnaires. Validation was carried out by 6 lecturers, consisting of 3 material experts and 3 media experts. The one-on-one test involved 3 students with high, medium and low abilities. The user assessment involved 2 lecturers and 15 students. at Riau University and Riau Islamic University. The research design in the field trial was a pre-experiment, the static group pretest-posttest. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 2 sample groups, namely the experimental group and the control group.
The research results show that the E-LKM that has been developed is very valid and therefore suitable for use in lectures with an average percentage of material experts of 89.18% and media experts of 92.81%. One-on-one tests were carried out to identify deficiencies in E-LKM through student comments and suggestions. Ratings by users, namely by lecturers and students, received percentages of 96.09% and 86.97% with very good criteria. In the field trial, pretest-posttest data on scientific literacy and environmental awareness were obtained.
