Analisis Sistem Agribisnis Sawi (Studi Kasus Kelompok Tani Mustang Jaya Kelurahan Maharatu Kecamatan M Arpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru)

ABSTRACT
Pekanbaru City Disrtrict Maharatu precisely Marpoyan peace village is one of
the vegetable Mustard. Statistic data in 2009 showed that the production of mustard
in Marpoyan peace reached 120 tons. The purpose of the study include knowing the
application of agribusiness system which cover 5 subsystem procurement and
distribution of production facilities, production processes subsystem, subsystem
processing agriculture, subsystem marketing, supporting subsystems. The problem
faced farmers of respondents in the application of mustard farming agribusiness
system include subsystem procurement and distribution of production facilities has
been delayed, such as manure and chemical fertilizer, while the marketing subsystem
price level set by traders is low, whereas the subsystem supporting the process of
repayment of the old members. The research was conducted in Pekanbaru is the
glorious village farmer group Mustang Jaya Dictrict Maharatu peace Marpoyan.
Research carried out for 5 months from August until December 2010. Retrieval
techniques namely respondents with census method in which all farmers involved the
activities of mustard totaling 28 people are all taken. From the research results are
known average revenue obtained by the respondent farmers in farming mustard Rp
3,941,964.29 per unit area of arable, average total production cost of Rp 2,376,028.26
per unit area arable, so the obtained revenues of Rp 1,565,936.03 per unit area
arable. To know efficiency of farming mustard (RCR) is by dividing average
revenue with average total production cost, therefore RCR values obtained 1,65.
Figures 1,65 show that the farms are cultivated cabbage farmer responden with the
implementation of the system viable and profitable agribusiness.
