Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengawasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru ( Studi Pada Karyawan Mekanik)
This study aims to determine the effect of employee training and supervision on employee performance of PT Suka Fajar Pekanbaru (study on mechanical employees). The independent variables are training (X1) and work supervision (X2). While the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). in this study the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with the SPSS program. The population in this study were 58 mechanical employees, with the sample technique used, namely total census sampling. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using a Likert scale. From data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, and significance test with t test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that training has a significant effect on employee performance.
