Analisis Jaringan Komunikasi Anies Baswedan di Media Sosial Twitter Sebagai Bakal Calon Presiden Pada Pemilu 2024
Anies Baswedan is the first presidential candidate to declare candidacy in the 2024 general election contest in October 2022. The Netray big data analysis institution states that since the NasDem party (National Democracy) announced the nomination of Anies Baswedan as the prospective presidential candidate, Anies Baswedan has dominated conversations on the Twitter social media platform throughout the year 2022. This research aims to map the conversation network about Anies Baswedan as a presidential candidate for 2024 on Twitter social media during the period from March 2, 2023, to March 9, 2023
The research method employed is quantitative/descriptive using data sourced from Twitter, crawled through Drone Emprit Academic, and analyzed using GEPHI software. The research analysis framework utilizes the concept of social network theory. Keywords used include Anies, gabener, goodbener, aniesbaswedan, with a total of 7976 nodes and 11,437 links.
The research findings show that the network density is valued at 0, meaning that the relationships between actors have minimal interaction. The diameter value is 19, indicating that the distance between actors is relatively far when interacting, and the modularity value of 0.453 shows that accounts in the conversation are relatively grouped. Regarding the tone of the conversations, the ratio of positive to negative sentiment is nearly balanced, with 50% negative sentiment and 46% positive sentiment. Based on the analysis of degree centrality and eigenvector centrality, the actors that dominate the conversation are @Relawananies and @ch_chotimah. Meanwhile, there are 1106 actors with closeness centrality values of 1, and the betweenness centrality values approach 0, indicating that in inter-cluster conversations, there are no key actors serving as intermediaries.
