Strategi Komunikasi Bisnis PT. Karimun Granit Dalam Pengembangan Bisnis Tambang Batu Granit Di Kabupaten Karimun
PT. Karimun Granite is a company producing granite products, the largest supplier from Indonesia to Singapore, which at the moment, in terms of sales, seems to be decreasing from year to year, because many units and lifting & transport equipment are in a breakdown/damaged condition. With these problems causing production capacity to decrease, of course this can hamper business development for PT. Karimun granite. On the other hand, many similar companies have emerged that have entered the same market, namely the market in Singapore. The market share in Singapore is starting to become saturated due to development which is starting to stagnate, this has resulted in the market share of PT. Karimun Granite and prices have decreased compared to before.
This research is qualitative research with data collection methods by means of interviews, observation and documentation. In this study, researchers used the SMCR communication model as a scalpel for research analysis. Determining informants through a purposive technique consisting of 5 people from PT. Karimun Granite which has been determined by researchers,
The research findings show that PT. Karimun granite in developing the granite mining business in Karimun district which includes, (1) Business communication strategy in creating value and income potential, (2) Business communication strategy in developing products and technology, (3) Business communication strategy in building relationships with partners, consumers and potential stakeholders in business development have used better communication strategies to support business development. With verbal and nonverbal communication, you can create effective communication as well as internal and external communication as the goal of achieving an effective message.
