Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Perbankan Syariah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Indonesia (Studi Empiris pada Bank Umum Syariah yang Terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Periode 2020-2021)
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought serious challenges not only to global health aspects, but also to the financial sector in Indonesia, including Islamic banking. This study aims to investigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks listed in the Financial Services Authority during the period 2020-2021. In this study, financial data from Islamic commercial banks are used as samples to analyze financial performance, including financial ratios such as ROA (Return on Assets), CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), FDR (Finance to Deposit Ratio), and NPF (Non Performing Financing). The data analysis method involves regression techniques and other statistical analysis to identify the relationship between the COVID-19 pandemic and financial performance variables. The results show that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the financial performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia. ROA and FDR tend to decrease, while NPF has increased during the pandemic period. Despite the pressure on capital levels (CAR), Islamic commercial banks overall still maintain an adequate level of capital adequacy.
