Pola Komunikasi Organisasi Pengurus Dalam Memakmurkan Masjid Al Ittihad Kecamatan Rumbai
Al Ittihad Mosque is a mosque located in the fir complex of Pertamina hulu rokan. Al Ittihad Mosque is concentrated on providing benefits to the Pertamina Company Community and also Rumbai. This mosque has many programs for Muslims based on the Al-Quran and sunnah in accordance with the understanding of the prophet's companions. Organizational communication patterns are a relationship of two or more people in the process of sending and receiving the right way so that the intended message can be understood. Organizational communication patterns in coordinating service activities in order to produce a good communication process so that the objectives of the Al Ittihad Mosque can be achieved. The purpose of this research is to find out organizational communication, communication patterns used, and supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the communication process that occurs at the Al Ittihad Mosque, Rumbai District.
This research uses qualitative research methods. the object of research that researchers will do is the Communication Pattern of the Management in Prospering the Al Ittihad Mosque, Rumbai District, The subject of this research is the management involved in prospering the Al Ittihad Mosque. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses interactive analysis according to Miles and Hubermen. The data validity technique used in this research is triangulation technique.
The results of this study indicate that the organizational communication pattern of the Management in Prospering the Al Ittihad Mosque uses the Wheel pattern, Chain pattern and Y pattern. The wheel pattern is used when conveying orders and controlling each member of the organization directly or through whatshapp media, the information conveyed is related to obstacles and asking for solutions when there are urgent matters. The Chain Communication Pattern, namely the Al Ittihad Mosque Management who wants to interact with the leadership must go through the head of each Division because the dissemination of information in the chain pattern is formal and gradual in the form of proposals and submitted through internal leadership meetings. In the Y pattern, the information conveyed is related to official information such as the schedule of activities using Confirmation, the delivery of information related to programs and other general information according to the direction of the highest leadership. At the Al Ittihad Mosque, the supporting factors are (1) Good personal relationships, (2) Situations and conditions, (3) Communication media, (4) Facilities. And the inhibiting factors are (1) Hierarchy in the organization, (2) Technical barriers, (3) Human barriers.
