Pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Peran Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah Dan Ketaatan Peraturan Terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (Studi Empiris Pada OPD Kota Pekanbaru)
Government Agency Performance Accountability is the accountability and performance improvement of government agencies through the implementation of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System. This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence, the role of government supervisory apparatus, compliance with regulations on performance accountability of government agencies. The population in this study is the Pekanbaru City Regional Apparatus Organization. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method. The selected sample in this study was 135 and were selected based on predetermined criteria. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the competence of human resources, the role of internal government supervisory apparatus, compliance with regulations affect the performance accountability of government agencies.
