One of the tourism activities being developed in rural areas is the concept of "desa wisata," or tourism village. The alternative tourism development approach of "desa wisata" aims to promote sustainable rural development through tourism. This research aims to analyze the existing conditions of child-friendly and eco-friendly tourism village development in the Kawasan Wisata Embung Terpadu of Kampung Dayun in Siak Sri Indrapura Regency, viewed from ecological, social, and economic aspects. It also aims to analyze the implementation of a child-friendly and eco-friendly tourism village in the area, identify, measure, and analyze the factors influencing the development of the Kawasan Wisata Embung Terpadu, and design and recommend a solution-based and practical strategy for the development of child-friendly and eco-friendly tourism village in the Kawasan Wisata Embung Terpadu. The research method used a mixed-method approach consisting of observation and interviews. Data was processed descriptively, and strategies were formulated using a combination of SWOT and AHP. The research found that the Kawasan Wisata Embung Terpadu of Kampung Dayun has an artificial ecosystem designed to provide water for forest and land fire extinguishing purposes. From a social aspect, tourism managers and government officials are involved in managing tourism in Kampung Dayun. The economic management aspect is seen from the local community's investments, income, and economic activities in supporting tourism activities. In general, the community considers the factors influencing development as adequate in all aspects of evaluation. The solution-based and practical strategy for the development of a child-friendly and eco-friendly tourism village in Kampung Dayun, Siak Sri Indrapura Regency, involves making the Kawasan Wisata Embung Terpadu of Kampung Dayun one of the tourism destinations in Siak Regency by optimizing the land and natural resources through certified management institutions and implementing child-friendly and eco-friendly tourism practices.
