Pengaruh Etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Auditor Dengan Budaya Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Empiris Pada BPKP Pemerintah Provinsi Riau)

This study aims to determine the influence of the effect of work ethics on auditor performance with organizational culture as moderating variables. The population in this study were all auditors working at BPKP Riau Province. Source of data in this study was collecting through distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling, namely sampling based on the entire existing population. The research method is the classical assumption test by processing data using the SPSS 21 application. The results of the study show that work ethic has an effect on auditor performance. Then the interaction between the integrity of the auditor and the work ethic influences the performance of the auditor. Organizational culture with work ethic also influences auditor performance.
