Kompetensi Pengguna Dan Program Partnership Mempengaruhi Pengambilan Keputusan Melalui Implementasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pada UMKM Kota Pekanbaru

This research aims to determine, test and prove the influence of User Competencies and the Partnership Program on Decision Making through the Implementation of Accounting Information Systems in Pekanbaru City MSMEs.
The population in this research is Pekanbaru City MSMEs as of 2022. The sampling method for this research uses purposive sampling and the method for determining the number of samples using the Slovin Formula is 398 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. Then, primary data will be processed via Microsoft Excel for descriptive analysis and using SmartPLS for hypothesis testing.
The research results show that User Competency and Partnership Programs influence Decision Making. User Competency also has an influence on AIS Implementation, however, the Partnership Program has no influence on AIS Implementation. SIA Implementation plays a role in mediating the influence of User Competence on Decision Making, however SIA Implementation does not play a role in mediating the influence of the Partnership Program on Decision Making. And AIS implementation has an influence on decision making.
