Pengaruh Digital Marketing Dan Word Of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Cake House By Widya Gerai Oleh-Oleh Pekanbaru
The research of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing and word of mouth on the purchase decision at Cake House By Widya souvenir shopping Pekanbaru. Digital Marketing (X1) and word of mouth (X2) as independent variables while the purchase decision (Y) is the dependent variable. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative. The sample in this study were all consumers at cake house by widya souvenir shopping Pekanbaru with samples in this study was 100 respondents using an accidental sampling technique. The data used in this study were obtained through the process of distributing questionnaires which were tested statistically through the SPSS program. The results obtained in this study are digital marketing affects purchase decision, word of mouth affects the purchase decision, and digital marketing and word of mouth affect the purchase decision at cake house by widya souvenir shopping aru.
