Pengaruh Customer Bonding Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Indihome (Survei Pada Pt Telekomunikasi Seluler Kota Pekanbaru)
With the growth of the technology industry and internet service providers in Indonesia, especially in Pekanbaru City, there is a need to create uniqueness by creating ties and also improving service quality. So that it can provide a loyal market for PT Telekomunikasi Selular Pekanbaru City as the parent company for Indihome products. This research aims to confirm and provide solutions related to customer loyalty related to customer bonding and service quality. The population in this research is all Indihome customers in Pekanbaru City, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data obtained using a research questionnaire was analyzed using a simple and multiple linear regression analysis approach. The results of the research show that the role of customer bonding and service quality is very significant in loyalty, so it is recommended that PT Telekomunikasi Selular Kota Pekanbaru can invest in its tangible assets and human resources so that customers can experience the service and feel attracted and become more loyal customers in the future.
