Analisis Pengaruh Store Atmosphere Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Di Kedai Kopi Bangben Kota Pekanbaru
This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi Bangben, Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 58 respondents, with a sampling technique namely the census method and using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research results show that partially store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, and partially service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the f test also show that simultaneously store atmosphere and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the Bangben Coffee Shop, Pekanbaru City, with an influence percentage of 83.60%.
