Struktur Komunitas Serangga Permukaan Tanah Di Laboratorium Alam Pendidikan Biologi Sebagai Rancangan Handout Pada Materi Ekosistem Kelas X SMA
This research was carried out in June-August 2022 with the aim of knowing the structure of the ground surface insect community in the Biology Education Nature Laboratory as a handout design on ecosystem material. Location This research was carried out at the Biology Education Natural Laboratory, FKIP, Riau University and identification was carried out at the Biology Education Study Program Laboratory, PMIPA FKIP, Riau University. The method used was a survey by taking 3 station points carried out using a purposive random sampling technique. With scientific considerations such as environmental topography, environmental vegetation conditions, and sunlight penetration. The parameters measured in the research were species composition, abundance, frequency, dominance, diversity index and similarity index of ground surface insects, as well as physicochemical parameters (temperature, humidity, light intensity and pH). The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive. The results of research on the composition of ground surface insect species were 8 orders, 10 families, 17 species and a total of 2052 individuals. The insect diversity index value ranges from 2.25 to 2.59. The soil surface insect dominance index value ranges from 0.11 to 0.32, which means that no species dominates. And the insect similarity index value between stations is 0.77-0.83. The results of this research can be used as an alternative teaching material in the form of a handout on ecosystem material for class X SMA.
