Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on work productivity through employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. This respondent used a total sampling of 32 respondents. The collection of data used is a questionnaire. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis techniques software SmartPLS 4. The results of this study indicate that there is no direct effect of organizational culture on work productivity, there is a significant direct effect of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, there is no direct effect of transformational leadership on work productivity, there is a significant direct effect of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction, there is a significant direct effect of employee job satisfaction on work productivity, there is an indirect effect of organizational culture on work productivity through significant employee job satisfaction, and there is a indirect effect of transformational leadership on work productivity through significant employee job satisfaction at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru.
