Analisis Maintenance Value Stream Mapping Dan Autonomous Maintenance (Studi Kasus: Unit Converting 1 Pada Finishing Department PT. Riau Andalan Pulp And Paper)

This research supposed to identify and optimize activities of sheeter machine repair at the converting 1 Finishing Departmnet PT. Riau Andalan pulp and paper by applying the maintenance value stream mapping and autonomous maintenance methods. This research methodology uses sheeter machine breakdown and downtime data in range May 2023 to June 2023. Then, maintenance value stream mapping analysis is carried out by using current state mapping and future state mapping to eliminate activity delays. Based on it suggestions for sheeter machine maintenance activities are provided using the autonomous maintenance method involving production operators. Through the implementation of maintenance value stream mapping, there is an increase in the efficiency of repair activities on sheeter machine with an increase of 68 % in bearing broken, 62,5 % in static bar worn out, 61,8 % in hairy corner, 63,4 % in bad cutting, 55,6% on paper jam and 64,3% gripper broken. Besides that implementation of autonomous maintenance, production operators can carry out basic maintenance such as inspection lubrication and cleaning of the sheeter machine, thereby preventing damage to the sheeter machine.
