Pengaruh Pemberian Thiamine Dengan Dosis Yang Berbeda Terhadap Kepadatan Chlorella Sp.
Microalgae type Chlorella sp. is one of the green algae that has good bioremediation because it can live in polluted water conditions. Chlorella sp. plays an important role in making green water and at the same time as a balance system for fish and shrimp hatchery media. This study aims to determine the effect of Thiamine on the density and biomass of Chlorella sp. The method to be used in this study is the experimental method. This method uses a completely randomized design (CRD) system. Primary data collection in this study is by observation and recording. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that treatment B with the provision of Thiamine dose (2ml) has a higher density than other treatments. In treatment B, the cell density reached the highest density with a density of 2638 x 104 cells/ml. Treatment A with a dose of Thiamine treatment (1ml) reached the highest density of 2231 x 104 cells/ml, treatment C with a dose of Thiamine (3ml) reached the highest density of 1886 x104 cells/ml and as a comparison Control reached the highest density of 945 x 104 cells/ml. This shows the dose of Thiamine to Chlorella sp. in treatment B as much as 2ml is an effective dose to increase cell density in Chlorella sp. which was carried out for 11 days of culture.
