Pengaruh Store Atmosphere Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Di Leng Coffee Jl.Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru
A comfortable and secure store environment, coupled with high-quality service, represents crucial factors contributing to consumer satisfaction. Leng Coffee, situated in Pekanbaru, has strategically developed a pleasant store ambiance and implemented outstanding services to not only meet but exceed consumer expectations in the face of fierce business competition. This study aims to assess the impact of both store atmosphere and service quality on consumer satisfaction specifically at Leng Coffee on Jl. Arifin Ahmad, Pekanbaru. The research employs a descriptive and quantitative statistical approach utilizing an explanatory research model. The sample, comprising 100 respondents, was selected through incidental sampling. The primary research instrument utilized was a questionnaire. Upon analyzing the data, it was found that the store atmosphere (X1) has a positive and partial effect on consumer satisfaction (Y). Similarly, service quality (X2) also exhibits a positive influence on consumer satisfaction (Y). When considered simultaneously, both store atmosphere (X1) and service quality (X2 positive contribute to consumer satisfaction (Y) at Leng Coffee on Jl. Arifin Ahmad, Pekanbaru
