Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Provinsi Riau
This study was conducted with the aim of knowing how much influence motivation and work experience have on the work productivity of Tampan Mental Hospital employees. The method used is quantitative method with data collection using questionnaires. The total population in the study was 125 employees. The sample size was 95 employees determining the sample using the Slovin formula. This study uses a Likert scale with score weights (5: 4: 3: 2: 1). The results of the t test research from the motivation variable are known Thitung (16.406)> Ttable (1.661) or Sig (0.000)> 0.05, meaning that motivation has a significant effect on work productivity. While the work experience variable is known to Thitung (3,893) > Ttabel (1.661) or Sig (0.000) > 0.05, meaning that work experience has a significant effect on work productivity. The research results of this F test indicate the influence of motivation and work experience on work productivity in Tampan Mental Hospital Employees.
