Pengaruh Sustainable Development Goals (Sdgs) Terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Pt. Pertamina Refinery Unit Ii Dumai

As one of the state-owned companies in the energy sector, PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Dumai has a strategic role in supporting sustainable development in Indonesia in line with their vision of becoming a world-class competitive green and eco-friendly refinery in 2028. This is implemented through various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities that reflect the company's commitment to the principles of sustainable development and the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through these activities, PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Dumai seeks to make a significant contribution to the achievement of SDGs goals, especially point 8 on decent work and sustainable economic growth.

In conducting the research, a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data collection techniques has been used through the unit of analysis at the nation state level, thus aiming to understand more deeply the influence of SDGs point 8 on the CSR of PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Dumai.

The results show that there is an influence that arises as a result of the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), so that it has actually had a positive impact on influencing CSR's emphasis on sustainable development goals point 8, aligning programs and creating new innovations based on SDGs point 8 indicators, establishing and involving cooperation with local governments, such as the social service, education office, and environmental office as well as measuring and conducting transparent SDGs-based performance reporting on point 8.
