Hubungan Ketebalan Dinding Buli Posterior Dari Ultrasonografi Dengan Leukosit Dipstick Urin
The bladder is a hollow organ that functions as a reservoir for urine. Ultrasonography is often performed to support the diagnosis of urinary tract disease by examining the thickness of the bladder. Examination of urine leukocytes using urine dipstick is also an examination that is often used to diagnose urinary tract diseases such as urinary tract infections along with ultrasound. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between posterior bladder wall thickness from ultrasonography and urine dipstick leukocytes. The design of this research is analitical with a cross sectional study. This research was conducted from August 2023 to March 2024 at UPTD Puskesmas Kampar Kiri, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The results of data analysis using the chi square test, namely by looking at the significance level (p), found that the p value = 0,195, which means there is no relationship between the thickness of the posterior bladder wall on ultrasound examination and the results of the leukocyte urine sediment examination.
