Meanwhile, communication anxiety in public is a state of discomfort experienced by someone when speaking in public which is characterized by psychological and physiological reactions. This is the basis for conducting this research, namely by revealing whether there is a negative and significant relationship between self-efficacy and communication anxiety in these students. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a correlation method. The population of this research was all class XII students at SMAN
1 Mandah with a sample size of 117 students, sampling was carried out using random sampling techniques. The results of this research state that there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and communication anxiety as evidenced by the results of the product moment correlation test, which shows that the significance value (sig. 2 tailed) is 0.03, which means that the value is
