This research aims to examine the influence of government governance, use of technology and human resource competence on the implementation of regional government information systems. This research is a quantitative research, with the population in this study being OPD in Pelalawan Regency, namely 39 OPD. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling, namely a sample collection technique if all members of the existing population are used as samples. This saturated sample is also called another term, namely census, where all members of the population are sampled. Therefore, the sample in this study was all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of the Regional Government of Pelalawan Regency, totaling 148 samples. The type of data used in this research is primary data and the data collection technique used in this research is by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The research results show that government governance, use of technology and human resource competency have a significant effect on the implementation of regional government information systems.
