Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Store Atmosphere Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Studi Pada Cafe De’piek Ujungbatu Rokan Hulu)
This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and store atmosphere as independent variables (X) on consumer satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y) at the De'piek Ujungbatu Rokan Hulu café. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics with the SPSS program. The sample for this research was taken from 100 respondents, selected using a non-probability accidental sampling technique from the relevant population. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires, with primary and secondary data types, and using a likert scale for measurement.
The research results show that partial service quality tcount 2.846 > ttable 1.664 and store atmosphere tcount 3.814 > ttable 1.664 have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Apart from that, the F test shows that service quality and store atmosphere simultaneously tcount 120.499 > ttable 3.09 also have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the De'piek Ujungbatu Rokan Hulu café.
