Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Pengembangan Sumber Dayamanusia Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Pln Icon Plus Sbu Pekanbaru
Human resources are a critical element in success and growth in a company. Human resources with all their essential functions are important and irreplaceable assets that drive company growth and success in facing the increasingly complex challenges of the modern business world. This research was conducted at PT. PLN Icon Plus SBU Pekanbaru. The aim of the research is to understand the influence of training and human resource development on employee performance at PT. PLN Icon Plus SBU Pekanbaru. Training and development of human resources is the independent variable while employee performance is the dependent variable. The problem in this research is that employee performance has not experienced significant development and has tended to stagnate over the last few years. The sample in this study was determined to be 86 respondents from 109 populations measured using the Slovin formula. This type of research is quantitative research using questionnaire data collection techniques. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed using a simple random sampling technique were then processed and then studied using the SPSS 24 program. The results of the tests carried out showed that training had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, human resource development has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Then, simultaneously training and human resource development have a positive and significant influence on the employees performance of PT. PLN Icon Plus SBU Pekanbaru
