This study aims to analyze the impact of surveillance and occupational safety and health (K3) on employee productivity (Case Study on Daily Workers Construction Project CWR-01 PIU ADB UNRI PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero)). This research uses surveillance and K3 as independent variables, and work productivity as dependent variables. This research uses descriptive and quantitative analysis. A sample of 63 respondents, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed using SPSS. The results of the research showed that surveillance and K3 on the construction of the project CWR-01 PIU ADB UNRI PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero) are categorized very well, and the productivity of work is categorized well. The result of the test of the hypothesis suggests that the monitoring has an impact on the production of work. Occupational safety and health (K3) have an impact on the production of work. Simultaneously, supervision and occupational safety and health (K3) have an effect on employee work productivity (Case Study on Daily Workers Construction Project CWR-01 PIU ADB UNRI PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero)).
