Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Fitur Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Studi Kasusmobil Avanza Pt. Toyota Agung Soekarno-Hatta Pekanbaru)
This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and product features on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at a transportation company, PT. Toyota Agung Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. This study used 128 respondents who were consumers from PT. Toyota Agung Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. In this study, the sampling technique uses Accidental Sampling or anyone who is found by chance. The tests conducted in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests of normality, classical assumption tests of multicollinearity, classical assumption tests of heteroskedaticity, and hypothesis tests. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that service quality and product features have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
