Pengaruh Reward Dan Punishment Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan Pabrik Buatan Satu (Pbs) Pt Inti Indosawit Subur Asian Agri Riau
This research was conducted to understand and analyze the influence of reward and punishment on employee work discipline at the One-Made Factory (PBS) of PT Inti Indosawit Subur Asian Agri Riau. In the business world life will never be separated from the word competition. Strong competition requires every business actor to increase productivity and the quality of human resources and the strategies used to face the current competition, both with supporting and sophisticated technology and infrastructure. The independent variables or independent variables in this research are reward (X1) and punishment (X2), then the dependent variable is work discipline (Y). This research method is a quantitative method. The population used was 109 employees and a sample of 52 employees who were respondents where a simple random sampling technique was used where the Slovin formula was used to determine the total sample of respondents at the PT Inti Indosawit Subur Asian Agri Riau Factory. The source for this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires at the PT Inti Indosawit Subur Asian Agri Riau One-Made Factory (PBS), which was then classified statistically using the SPSS program. The results obtained in the research show that the reward variable (X1) partially influences work discipline (Y), and the punishment variable (X2) partially influences work discipline (Y). Simultaneously, the research results show that there is an influence between reward (X1) and punishment (X2) on work discipline (Y).
