Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Pemberian Insentif Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (Perumdam) Tirta Dumai Bersemai, Kota Dumai
This study aims to analyze the influence of training and incentive provision on the productivity of employees of the Regional Water Utility Company (PERUMDAM) Tirta Dumai Bersemai in Dumai City. The research method used was quantitative. The research sample consisted of 66 employees, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed through linear regression analysis using the SPSS 27 program. The results of the study show that: (1) There is an influence of training on the productivity of employees of the Regional Water Utility Company (PERUMDAM) Tirta Dumai Bersemai in Dumai City. The obtained value where t calculated = 8.152 > t table = 1.669 and the significance value of training is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that if training increases by 0.363, it will increase employee productivity by 1.020 constantly. (2) There is an influence of incentive provision on the productivity of employees of the Regional Water Utility Company (PERUMDAM) Tirta Dumai Bersemai in Dumai City. The obtained value where t calculated = 10.394 > t table = 1.669 and the significance value of training is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that if incentive provision increases by 0.458, it will increase employee productivity by 2.813 constantly. (3) There is an influence of training and incentive provision on the productivity of employees of the Regional Water Utility Company (PERUMDAM) Tirta Dumai Bersemai in Dumai City. The obtained value where the F calculated value is 58.677 > the F table value 3.14 and the significance is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that training and incentive provision contribute to the productivity of employees of the Regional Water Utility Company (PERUMDAM) Tirta Dumai Bersemai in Dumai City by 0.651 or equivalent to 65.1%, while the remaining 34.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.
