Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Penetapan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Pengguna Marketplaceshopee (Survei Konsumen Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Politik Universitas Riau)
This research was conducted within the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Riau University. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service quality and pricing on consumer satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. Service quality (X1) and pricing (X2) are independent variables while customer satisfaction (Y) is the dependent variable. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics. The population in this research are students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Riau University as consumers who have shopped through the Shopee marketplace. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data used in this research was obtained through the process of distributing questionnaires which were tested statistically using the SPSS 26. The results obtained in the research were that service quality had an effect on consumer satisfaction, price setting had an effect on consumer satisfaction, and service quality and price setting had an influence and significance of 81% of Shopee marketplace consumer satisfaction.
