Pengaruh Brand Image, Variasi Produk Dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Pada Toko Bata Mtc Panam Pekanbaru
This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, product variation and price on customer loyalty in the Bata Store MTC Panam Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics with an explanatory research model. The sample in this study amounted to 98 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling and using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. From the data analysis that has been carried out, the results show that brand image (X1) has a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), product variation (X2) has a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), price (X3) has a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), and brand image (X1), product variation (X2) and price (X3) have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) in the Bata Store MTC Panam Pekanbaru.
