Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Pelaksanaan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Toko Sepatu Bata Mtc Panam Pekanbaru
This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and the implementation of promotions on purchasing decisions at the Bata MTC Panam Pekanbaru Shoe Store. The population in this study were all consumers at the Bata MTC Panam Pekanbaru Shoe Store, with a total sample of 98 respondens. Data obtained using a research questionnaire was analyzed using a simple and multiple linear regression analysis approach. The results of the research show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the implementation of promotions has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and product quality and promotion implementation have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Bata MTC Panam Pekanbaru Shoe Store.
