Pengaruh Digital Marketing Dan Service Quality Terhadap Customer Loyalty Pada Pengguna Gojek (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Fisip Universitas Riau)
This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of digital marketing on Gojek customer loyalty among Riau University FISIP students, (2) the influence of service quality on Gojek customer loyalty among Riau University FISIP students, (3) the influence of digital marketing and service quality on customer loyalty Gojek to FISIP Students at Riau University. This research is a survey research, the population in this research is all active FISIP students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 98 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The data analysis technique used is simple and multiple linear regression.
